Warm, comforting, and luxuriously sweet, this classic rice pudding is taken to the next level with a drizzle of our rich, buttery salted caramel. Perfect for indulgent desserts!

 Servings : 4 people

Ingredients :                  

  • 170g short-grain rice
  • 1000g milk
  • 45g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30g butter
  • 200g heavy cream

Method :

  1. In a saucepan, boil the rice for 2 minutes, then drain in a colander.
  2. Place the milk, sugar, and split and scraped vanilla pod in a saucepan with the rice. Bring to a boil, cook for 17 minutes, stirring well, then add the egg yolk and then the butter.
  3. Transfer to a dish and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Whip the cream and gently fold it into the rice pudding.
